Austra-Phil Builders, Inc. constantly adapts to the latest construction techniques and technologies. Our current project employs the SRC Panel System in building resilient and high strength houses. The SRC Panel is composed of high tensile wires densely welded together with an expanded polystyrene (EPS) core and concrete panels for its exterior faces.

One of the edges of our SRC Panel is it functions as a thermal and acoustic insulation. This keeps the interior of houses cool through the whole year. Our technology is able to make constructing houses faster compared to conventional process. The SRC Panel System is the modern alternative to concrete hollowblocks (CHB) as it is 5x stronger and more durable as a building material.

4. Lower maintenance and repair costs: SRC panels are resistant to fire, water, moisture, mold, corrosion and termites, which means they do not need frequent painting or treatment.
5. More design flexibility: SRC panels can be customized to fit any shape or size of the project, as well as accommodate doors, windows or other openings.
