“YES!”, replied by the APBI Team who excitedly shouted as we arrived in Hong Kong on the morning of February 25, 2017. The employees of Austra–Phil Builders Inc. experienced a teambuilding that embarks to a remarkable team workshop experience that will help them establish and develop the way they think and act individually and as well as to work firmly as a team. The goal of this teambuilding is to create a greater exposure for the employees so that they can have a better relationship with each other.It also aims to create a better productive department and to be socially aligned to the behavior of the top management. This team building helped develop the employees to be aligned to the company’s direction, goal and vision.To put it simply, the prime objective of this is to achieve the company’s strategic plan and action where the whole management team put great effort to prepare so that it can exceed everyone’s expectations. This is a perfect structure for APBI that will give each employee a better exposure of career growth and personality development.
The teambuilding in Hong Kong was a remarkable experience that will help the employees to further grow in their careers and as an individual. These unforgettable moments brought delightful results and smiles to the APBI Executives and, most especially, to the President and CEO Sir Bimbo Villaluz.“It inspired me seeing the employees working as a team and being motivated. I can sense we are now ready for the Leading Drive to Vision 500 @ 2022.” he said.
The Whole APBI team had their own stories to tell as they personally experienced Hong Kong. This experience created a new mind set and brought about changes that took them away from their comfort zones and gave them a different perspective in life.
This team building is another milestone for APBI that will help make this company be united and strive for its goals in whatever challenges they may encounter. As long as the leaders and their subordinates stay focused and determine, then they will surely be successful.
